Linda primarily coaches people whose goal is to become even better than they already are. She believes we all have THE KEY to success; sometimes it's just a matter of finding it, polishing it, or changing the lock. She believes that to be a good leader, to be strong, to have a good personal brand, and to lead by example, balance is non-negotiable. She enjoys challenging the status quo, rules, and procedures. She does so with pleasure and optimism, and her enthusiasm is contagious. She is determined to see her clients achieve their set results; she motivates them to achieve their goals in a structured atmosphere, without neglecting moments of relaxation and fun. Direct, Linda advocates action and results. Her creative spontaneity is abundant, and she loves co-creating with her clients.

She knows how to keep the focus on anticipated results: rigor, benchmarks, respect for deadlines and a detailed game plan. She enjoys challenging her clients' beliefs and seeks objective truth with great curiosity. She has a sense of economic reality and understands the importance of return on investment. She has a practical mind and enjoys understanding others and helping them find solutions.

Living according to one's own value system is non-negotiable. According to her, it is the key to well-being.

The values of her coaching practice are:
1. Fun: “Work hard, play hard with the ultimate objective to succeed”
2. Success: “Seeing her clients identify and achieve what they really want”
3. Freedom: “Giving oneself the means to choose what is important for oneself”
4. Balance: “Harmonize all areas of life with agility”
